Half French, half Italian by birth and upbringing, I have called England home for the last 20 years. On my good days (and that is most days), I can be seen dashing around with boundless energy, talking at speed with infectious enthusiasm and expressing myself with opinionated conviction!

I am a confident, focused and assertive woman with a soft heart underneath. If there was ever someone who embodies a velvet hand in an iron glove, I think it would be me!
I am not tall, I am not slim and some would say I am a bit quirky and unconventional, I know I am going to be everyone's cup of tea but I hope there is one person out there (that's all I am after, my prince charming... I told you, I am a romantic underneath that tough exterior). I may have to kiss a lot of frogs to find my price, but that's part of the story too...

I like to spend my time cooking (the messier the better, bring on the flavours, textures and colours!), salsa dancing (I find it is impossible to stay in a bad mood when salsa music is playing) or simply debating (any topic, it is not the outcome that counts, just the passing of time with opinions and feelings being exchanged, preferably heatedly!).

I am looking for a genuine, positive and honest partner with an inquisitive nature and an appetite for life. And someone who likes to talk and communicates openly. I believe that most tensions come from misunderstandings and misinterpretations and can be resolved through communication.

I will always reply to emails, I think that's just the polite thing to do if someone has taken the time to write to me, even if it is to say 'no, thank you'.
